Today P woke us up and got us all going so we could go for a walk together while it was still nice and before he had to go into work. It was 60 degrees and cloudy, so we went to Highland Park and walked around up there, letting Joyce run and letting M take lots of pictures.

We came home- M and I got to work, but my back was an intense series of angry knots. It made the afternoon really difficult. I've been in a grumpy mood, trying to figure out the best way to rest on a heating pad.
